We enjoyed rocking on the front porch, grilling out, swinging and walking through the woods. We even saw deer running across the property one morning.

According to Texas Parks and Wildlife Review of Bird Watching on Fair Breeze Nature Trails, Carolina Wrens, White-eyed Vireos, Indigo Buntings, and Eastern Phoebes can be heard vocalizing on Fair Breeze trails. Another option for serious bird watchers is the experimental forest maintained by Stephen F. Austin State University.
