From Nacogdoches, take HWY 7 West (towards Crockett) and go 6 miles from the loop and you will come to FM 2782. Turn right on FM 2782 and go 0.8 miles. Turn left on County Road 724 and go 1 mile. You will cross a wooden bridge, go to the top of the hill and turn left into our drive. The entrance has a sign that says "Fair Breeze". After passing through the entrance turn immediately to the left to the "Gate House".

From the Dallas area, take I-20 East to Hwy 69 South. Stay on 69 South and go through the towns of Tyler, Jacksonville, Rusk, Alto, and Wells (watch the speed limits in those small towns!!!). About 3-5 miles south of Wells, you will come to an overpass which is highway 7, turn East on 7 going towards Nacogdoches. About 5 miles you will cross the Angelina River. Continue on 7 for another 3-5 miles and you will come to FM 2782. Turn left on FM 2782 and go 0.8 miles. Turn left on County Road 724 and go 1 mile. From the Houston area, take Hwy 59 north through Cleveland, Livingston, and Lufkin. Go about 5 miles north of Lufkin and cross the Angelina River. Proceed about 2 miles and take a left on FM 2782. Go about 5 miles on FM 2782 to Hwy. 7. Cross Hwy 7 and continue on FM 2782 for 0.8 mile. Turn left on County Road 724 and go 1 mile.
